Terms & Condition:	Dental Scanning Services (DSS) provide three dimensional bone scans to the dental profession on receipt of a prescription from a registered dentist. This service can only be ordered by qualified dental or medical practitioners with appropriate current registration and indemnity insurance. DSS accept no responsibility for the use of the scan or the interpretation of the data on the scan. A reporting service is available to all dental surgeons on request and at additional cost. DSS is a mobile service and undertakes to attend each clinic at the agreed appointment time. Should events beyond our control adversely influence that ability to make an appointment a new appointment will be scheduled as soon as is reasonably possible. Payment for the scan must be received in full prior to the scan being carried out and not less than three working days before the date of the scan. Non payment of a scan renders the appointment invalid and no scan will be taken. It is the responsibility of all female patients of childbearing age to inform the operator if there is a possibility that they may be pregnant. It is the responsibility of all patients to inform the operator if they have received radiation treatment to the head and neck area in the last twelve months. (Other than routine dental x-rays). Once a scan has been carried out no refund of fees is payable. All scans are charged at the same published rate.
